Mini-Quiz: Bringing Out the Champion in Your Workers

by Ron Kurtus (revised 20 November 2011)

Take this Mini-Quiz to check your understanding of the lesson material.

1. How can you appreciate a lazy worker?

Without workers—even lazy ones—you wouldn't have a business

Act real lazy yourself, so you can relate to each other

Just fire the bum

2. If workers think they are valuable, won't they ask for a raise?

Tell them they aren't that valuable

They may, but they will also look out for what is best for the company

When they do, tell them the company is not doing too well

3. Is a company picnic enough to help them enjoy their "journey"?

Yes, and attendance to the picnic should be required for all personnel

If you have enough free beer

You really have to care, and a picnic may be part of it

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a Champion in Business. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.

Be a champion yourself
