Mini-Quiz: You Learn Rules of Character

by Ron Kurtus (revised 25 March 2013)

Take this Mini-Quiz to check your understanding of the lesson material.

1. How do parents often purposely teach their children the right way to act?

By telling them what to do and what not to do

By writing out a list of proper ways to act

By giving them a self-help book to read

2. What is an example of learning character from seeing others doing things?

Your friend is very good in music, so you are too

Your neighbor seldom talks to people, so neither do you

Favorite television actor always makes fun of others, so you do the same

3. How can an experience cause you to change your attitudes and character?

Seeing warnings about a storm causes you to wear different clothes

If the outcome was distressful, you might reconsider acting that way again

You forget to set the alarm and oversleep

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a Champion in Understanding Character. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.
