Answer
First part of communication is being able to listen effectively. Not only must you be able to understand what the person is saying, but you also need to read the person's emotions and find out his interests. In this way, when you do say things, you will know what to say that will make the person interested in you.
A problem in communications is that many people start talking before they know if the other person is interested. They are very anxious to tell about themselves. I am sure you have friends that will immediately start talking about themselves, whether or not you are interested.
One good way to become a more effective speaker is to get involved with Toastmasters. To find a club in your area, check:

If you are able to attend a meeting, you will find it very worthwhile.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP BUT THERE IS ANOTHER THING I WOULD LIKE TO ASK PLEASE I TRY TO KEEP AN OPEN MIND IN MY JUDGEMENTS TOWARDS PEOPLE I PREY THEY WOULD DO THE SAME FOR ME.ITS NOT WHATS OUTSIDE WHAT COUNTS ITS INSIDE WHAT TYPE OF TEMPREMENT A PERSON IS (KIND NATURED)IS USUALLY BEST BUT I HAVE'NT FOUND ANY ONE LIKE ME,UNTIL TODAY SOME ONE SAID TO ME GIVE ME A POUND I DIDNT WANT TO GIVE IT AWAY I EARNT IT I WASNT BEING GREEDY ,GOD PROVIDED HIM WITH ARMS AND LEGS AS HE DID ME . I DONT HAVE ALOT OF MONEY WHAT I EARN I WORK HARD FOR DOING CHORES AND THEN HIS FRIEND NEXT TO HIM SAID LEAVE HIM ALONE THE BOY STOPPED PESTERING ME AND I REALISED THAT EVEN THOUGH HE LOOKED LIKE ONE OF THOSE PEOPLE WHO WOULD USUALLY ROB ME HE WAS'NT

It is good to give everyone the benefit of the doubt and not judge others too fast. I always try to think of other people as good. It is often surprizing to find a person who you judge really has a lot of offer and is better than you think. Still, you must be aware there are some who do not have good intentions. But it is better to think good of people than bad.

Dear Sir/Madamae,
I have never been in course of Communication, but i I am strongly interesting on this course.
I am writting my application in order to get a job which in charge on the " communication task" and the orphanage NGO, I according my letter I included a few question below:
1. I have never successing in Communication taks, but if i have a chance to get this function, so, what shold do I do for the begining?
2. Can you please advise me some recommendation that are usefull for the communication task?
3. The communication mean " external contact" or it just providing report to the supervision ?

Communication is talking or writing to other people. A company may want someone to communicate to customers or to the newspapers, usually in the form of a letter. An external contact to the orphage could be someone wanting to adopt, government officials, or physicians to check on the children.
It is important to make sure your communication is clear and not confusing. It must be what your supervisor wants you to communicate to the outsiders. Often an organization will have official forms and methods they want to use.

my question is:
" what is the difference between frequency components present in the signal to that of a frequency of a signal".please send the answer to this question as early as possible because i am struggling to get throughthis doubt even though it is a basic point.

Answer
The frequency of a signal is just one component. Others are amplitude, speed or velocity, and wavelength. Phase is sometimes included, when comparing signals.

Deaf people communicate with sign language, animals communicate with body language and even odors. If someone is ignorant or retarted, it may be very difficult to communicate, depending on their lack of knowledge.
