Mini-Quiz: Study Some Examples of eLearning, CBT or WBT

by Ron Kurtus (revised 20 July 2000)

Take this Mini-Quiz to check your understanding of the lesson material.

1. Why should you study various other CBT programs?

To stifle your own creativity

To copy format and graphics

To learn what works and what doesn't

2. Why is it difficult to get examples to study?

The demand is so great

Many are developed in-house

They are not available for study

3. How should you evaluate with a critical eye?

Be objective and ask questions

Carefully examine the delivery media

Consider the entertainment value

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a champion in CBT development. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.

Study the masters and the fools. You can learn from both.
