Answer
The four aspects of physical health are regular exercise, proper diet and nutrition, proper rest and avoidance of toxins.
Even if a man does not get an erection for an extended period of time during the daytime, most men get several erections at night while they are sleeping. Occasional masturbation may help to "keep things working properly". The penis will not get smaller or atrophy through lack of use.
Some say drinking water isn't necessary
Question
January 17, 2006
i am a firm believer in the necessity of drinking water everyday for proper body function and better health. yet i keep meeting people (usually men) who say they do not need to drink water, that it is not beneficial or that they are just as healthy drinking a glass or less a day. they say they drink juice or soda and that is just as good. i try to explain that juice is ok, but because of the sugar isnt processed the same as water and that they still need water. soda is not equal to water because of the additional chemicals and sugar quantity. am i wrong? can you please explain the many positive, healthful reasons for drinking 8-10 glasses a day?

Answer
The men that say they do not need to drink water are probably the same ones that scoff at eating a healthy diet.
