Answer

If you have a vitamin deficiency that affects your vision, something like carrot juice can help. But if you are near-sighted or far-sighted, such that you may need to wear glasses, vitamins or special food really cannot correct the problem. Some people have tried certain exercises, but that has helped very little.

Carrot juice is good for you, but if you are healthy, it probably will not improve your vision.

Question

Answer

If his vision is poor in the left eye, there are no exercises that will improve the vision. But if the eye muscle is weak and the eye is moving to one side or the other, there are some exercises that can strengthen the muscles. A simple one is for him to close his eyes and move them together to the left and right and up and down.

A pure vegetarian diet can sometimes be not enough for a growing boy. Some protein is needed, as well as certain vitamins. Occasional chicken or fish would be better for his general health. Green and orange colored vegetables provide vitamins to prevent some eye diseases, but do not improve his problems.

Best wishes for your son's eyesight and vision. It is good that you are caring for him.
