The most important thing is that you are healthy and look healthy. You want to have the muscle tone and glow in your skin, such that you look attractive no matter what your weight. But the effort to obtain good muscle tone will naturally reduce your weight to what is correct for your size.
Make sure that you eat healthy food and a proper amount. Some foods that are not good for you also make you eat more than you should. It is also very important to exercise several times a week doing some stretching and taking a walk every day is not only good for your body, but it is also good for your mind.

I love to have 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning when I wake up, does drinking 1-2 cups of coffee affect results of losing weight if I am still eating right and exercising 30-45 minutes a day along with drinking water throughout the day??

It is not the coffee that is the problem as much as what you put into it (cream, sugar) and eat with it (donut, pastries). You can easily replenish any liquids lost from drinking coffee.
