Answer
Reflexology may relax her, but it probably is not the best cure for insomnia. Some ways to help cure insomnia are to:
1. Make sure your daughter does some physical exercise every day. Even just a relaxing walk is good.
2. No drinks with caffeine after supper. That includes coffee, chocolate and cola.
3. No sleeping during the day.
4. No intense TV shows before bed. They make the mind tense.
5. Sometimes counting backwards from 100 helps a person fall asleep.
6. Regular hours to go to sleep.
7. A regular sleep routine. I lie on my back for a while and when I get sleepy, I roll over to my right side.
I hope these ideas help your daughter sleep better.
