1952 "England's got a new queen" should have read "Britain's got a new queen".

Was Lincoln in Monroe, Maryland?

Topic: Lincoln and Kennedy

Question

December 20, 2010

Is it true that days before assassination, that Lincoln was in Monroe, Maryland? I love that joke, forgive me if you've heard it a million times.

Joe - USA

20887

Answer

Right now, there is no Monroe, Maryland. However, there is a town called Highlands of Monroe in Maryland. There is no record whether there was a Monroe, Maryland when Lincoln was president.

The other half of the joke is incorrect, since Marilyn Monroe died over one year before Kennedy's assassination.

Concerning Nord Davis Jr. and Kennedy

Topic: Lincoln and Kennedy

Question

September 20, 2010

Since I am not allowed to share website URL's, I'll try it like this.
The late Nord Davis Jr. wrote a pamphlet only a few years after the Kennedy assasination. It is probably the most interesting information I have ever read on the Kennedy assasination. Here is a hint at how you can find it, and it is hard to find on the internet.....I wonder why???

Anglo-Saxon Israel . com / site / dallasconspiracy

Mark - USA

20410

Answer

The information may be in his collective works book:
http://www.amazon.com/Miscellaneous-Collection-Works-Nord-Davis/dp/B0036BS23M

Also see: "Dallas Conspiracy: JFK Assassination Solved" by Nord Davis, Jr., August 1968 (xerox copy) -- referenced at:
http://www.selu.edu/acad_research/programs/csls/historical_collections/archival_collections/h_k/kennedy_john_f_assas.html

There are other resources, although Davis was not a mainstream writer. A pamphlet will get little attention.

Question

I heard another one. Lincoln was in Monroe, Maryland, and Kennedy had been "in" Marilyn Monroe.

Mark - USA

20401

Answer

I've heard that one too. Unfortunately, it doesn't really fit within a historical context.
