Mini-Quiz: Mental Nutrition and Toxins

by Ron Kurtus (revised 6 June 2009)

Take this Mini-Quiz to check your understanding of the lesson material.

1. How are the mind and body similar?

Sometimes they interchange with each other

They are completely different, with no similarities

They both need nutrition to function properly

2. Should you criticize yourself for making stupid mistakes?

No, because it causes more harm than good

Yes, because it is the only to learn

Only do it when others are watching

3. What can happen when others criticize you?

You will start to criticize them to get even

Nothing, because they are just idiots

You can start to have self-doubts

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a Champion in understanding Mental Health. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.
