A fluid is a liquid or gas that is capable of flowing and changing its shape when a force is applied to it. Fluids have a number of interesting properties. Since you have been studying fluids, you have noticed some of the different properties they possess.
Following are some experiments you can do with fluids to either verify their properties or to apply those properties to solve some problem.
Measure the volume of an irregularly shaped object
Show the relationship between water pressure and depth
Show the relationship between size and fluid velocity
Compare the density of two different liquids
Show the relationship between weight in water and weight in air
