actually I've question that

Why does the object move in liquid??
doesn't it have static friction?

Answer

Liquids have both static and kinetic friction, which is caused by molecular attraction. However, the coefficient of friction is extremely--close to zero--so objects moves easily in liquids or fluids. It is similar to how things move easily on slippery ice.
