Three Phase Approach to TQM in the Air Force's SDI Programs

The following presentation was given at the Pentagon, at various technical symposiums, and at defense contractor facilities. The purpose of this presentation is to provide the Air Force's SDI program offices and defense contractors with a methodology for implementing Total Quality Management (TQM).

The presentation is a combination of slides with audio. Approximately 30 minutes in length. There is a mini-quiz near the end of the lesson.
