There are many roles of security in a state or government. At a high level, the borders of a state must be secure to prevent enemies from entering the country or attacking it. Buildings and important documents must be secure to present criminals from stealing them or seeing state secrets. Officials must be safe from those who would do them harm.
Security in a state can be very complex, since there are many things and people that need to be protected from those against the state.

Many countries have used concrete barricades to prevent terrorist vehicles filled with explosives from getting close enough to damage a government building.
Unfortunately, that is not practical for preventing terrorists from bombing groups of innocent people or attacking other buildings, such as houses of worship.
The major weakness of terrorist groups is that they need to organize and meet to plot their cowardly deeds. Informants, police and observant citizens can alert authorities of plans and possible activities of terrorists.
It is a very difficult problem to handle, since the goal of terrorists is often to destroy civilized society.

The homeland security and the lawyer (divorce I believe) were using finanical audits to gain secret entrance to medical records and for financial security to make money and to use the private companies as an coerced method to gain access to the building itself and to close it and the illustrative censorship program was part and parcel the reason it was used and it was used to advertise bawdy house sales, sexual in nature and to intimidate the voters and so they advertised living off the proceeds of a crime and it was a way to get their own way in general. There was a rat line installed. Sexual exploitation and to challenge the mainstream seemed to be the heart of the matter and where it still remains to date.
ie The group used it to sell the ideal to the public voters that their use of technology was going to be used come hell or high water and that they did not have to be punished as a resultant of their criminal actions.

Unfortunately there are people who use clever methods to try to make money illegally. But also, there are companies who hold such things as financial records and financial records that are very careless in securing that information.

The major anti-virus software products are Norton, McAfee, and Kaspersky. There are a few other brands available.
Since bad people are constantly inventing new computer viruses, these companies spend a lot of money keeping up to date with the latest threats. Free anti-virus software may work fine but also may be up to a year out of date with the latest threats.
You can check the websites of the major software companies, although they do not like to tell how they combat viruses, since it would alert those who write the code.

Any sort of devices or precautions you take to avoid theft of your car can be defined as automobile security.
Probably after automobiles became popular, around the 1900s, people started stealing them and automobile security was necessary.
