Mini-Quiz: Sensing the World Around You

by Ron Kurtus (revised 29 August 2004)

Take this Mini-Quiz to check your understanding of the lesson material.

1. How does the world communicate with us?

The world cannot communicate since it is not human

It communicates through world news

We receive information through our senses

2. Is there such a thing as a 6th sense?

Yes. It is known as common-sense

Many people claim to have such a sense

There are only 5 senses known to mankind

3. What is an example of a sound beyond our range of hearing?

The high pitch sound a dog can hear but people can't

When someone speaks a foreign language

If you have good ears, you can hear everything

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a Champion in Understanding Senses. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.
