Does the Nolangeni Hotel have a complaint policy?
October 24, 2012
Do nolangeni hotel have a policy regarding complaints? If so what are the key points? If not what are the reasons of not having a policy whilst dealing with customers and what are the effects of customer complaints to the business?
Ziggie lugayeni - South Africa
Most hotels have a policy regarding complaints from customers. However, I do not know what the policy is for the Nolangeni Hotel.
If you do have a complaint, you contact information is on their website.
If a hotel does not respond to customer complaints or does not correct problems, they will soon lose business, as word gets around about the complaints.

TECHNIQUES TO ACHIEVE TQM?????
HAIDER - Pakistan
In order for TQM to be implemented in a company, it is important the upper management is will to improve the way their business is being run.
Emphasis must be on continually improving the quality of the company's products and services, as well as to reduce wasteful practices. Also, the goal should be to satisfy the customers with quality goods and services.
Too often companies try to cut corners in order to increase profits. Unfortunately, they have a short-term gain, but will soon lose out to competition that employ TQM practices.

how can i inspect the material or method of inspection
basudev - India
Whether you are receiving raw materials or completed products, they must conform to specifications. Materials that are purchased must be of a certain purity, as well as other specifications defined when the purchase was made. Likewise, a product must be designed and manufactured according to the design specification. That means is must be correct size and perform its functions as it is supposed to do.
Ideally, in order to inspect items, your should have a check-list of what to inspect and what the specifications should be. Those specifications should include tolerances or deviations from the ideal.
You need to plan things out in advance and have a set procedure of how you will inspect and measure the items. Obviously, your inspection tools must be certified as correct and accurate.
