Answer
Besides speaking abilities, you need to have something that is valuable and useful to say. Public speaking is like teaching or training skills to people, although some public speakers entertain their audiences with stories and such.
If you have knowledge in business, there are groups in companies that would hire you to speak. If you seek to motivate or inspire people, companies and organizations may hire you. If you entertain, there are large meetings seeking a good speaker.
First you must pick our field and write a good 15-minute. You will do the same speech over and over, improving it as you go along. You can then expand the speech to 90-minutes.
Try to give your speech to as many groups as possible. They may then refer you to other groups.
Finally, try to see other professional speakers perform, like in business or organization meetings. You can learn from them. Try to get a chance to talk to them about the business. You can learn much from professional speakers.
Best wishes in your speaking career.

Answer
People who are showy but hollow from inside often suffer from insecurities and lack of self-esteem. Realize that they are hiding their feelings, and you can deal with them better. It is good to be proud of your heritage, but also try not to judge other people harshly.

Often sponsors would like to have their name listed in your advertising, some want their name and logo on uniforms, others would like to have company banners hung at your facility.
