1. What does exercise do for you?

It is mainly for health-nuts

It allows you to eat more food

It improves muscle strength and endurance

2. Why would you reach an exercise rut?

You realize you will never improve

You have reached the level of growth for what you are doing

You need to meet new people

3. What can you do if you reach a workout plateau?

Start to smoke and drink to bring the plateau to a lower level

Vary the workout by doing other activities

Give up

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a Champion in having Vitality. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.
