Ron Kurtus' Fiction Writing Credentials

Ron Kurtus is primarily an educational writer. However, he has written a number of short fiction stories and a screenplay. He also wrote and proposed a television sitcom series, which was pitched but not picked up by the studios.

He had his own business—Kurtus Technologies—doing technical writing, as well as working at various companies doing their documentation.

Kurtus has written two books: Gravity and Gravitation: Derivations, Equations and Applications and Tricks for Good Grades: Strategies to Succeed in School.

Material he has written has also been cited in 145 published books.

Ron graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and did graduate work at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Missouri. He also taught at the University of Missouri, the Milwaukee Area Technical College and Waukesha County Technical College.

His philosophy on explaining fiction writing methods is to not only use his experience and training, but also thoroughly research the methods used by top fiction writers in creating and selling their work.
