Your list was really informative. I'm currently doing some article research about student loans and credit cards and these resources was a great help!

As far as I know PayPal does not have dealings with North Korea.

There are ways to send money to people in North Korea. as well as to receive money. This is usually done through brokers in China.

You can check with PayPal UK to see their procedures.

You also should be able to cancel through Newchic online. And finally, you should be able to cancel payment through your credit card company.

Best wishes in cancelling your transaction.

I'm going to be graduating from college at the end of this spring semester and have been trying to educate myself on financial literacy. I just wanted to say that I found your personal finance resources to be better than those of my college. The only topic that I would like to offer a suggestion about is the lack of personal finance resources that are specifically targeted to new college graduates. Since April is financial literacy month and also close to the end of the school year, it's the perfect time to provide new resources for college graduates. I’ve been doing a lot of research on this topic and have kept my favorite financial literacy resources saved in a bookmarks folder. I was thinking other students or recent graduates on your page may find them helpful as well, so I wanted to see if you'd like to check them out.

Yes, I'd be interested in seeing your suggested resources to add to the site.

You can sign up PayPal for South Africa.

PayPal does not issue cards. Once you have an account set up with PayPal, you can log in to send or receive funds from a bank account or credit card.

See the PayPal Help Page for more information.

I hope that helps.

It might make a good fit for your page. Either way, keep up the awesome work!

Can we use paypal in myanmar

Ch - Myanmar

Apparently PayPal had been blocked on Myanmar, but it is now available. One site giving information is Payment from Myanmar with Visa. There are other sites also giving advice.

Check the PayPal site on service in Myanmar for some information.

Best wishes in using PayPal.

Good morning Ron,

With a growing interest among college students to educate themselves about their unique financial situation, I thought the School for Champions might benefit from the information in our newly published 'Survival Guide to Personal Finance for College Students' — This piece - written by our Financial Literacy team at, provides tips for students on how to manage their finances before, during and after college. It explores questions such as “When Should I Fill Out My FAFSA?”, “How Do Student Loans Work?” and “Should I Consider Early Investing Options?”

We thought by reaching out to y'all, we could further the education about this important issue and hopefully help students feel financially secure as they enjoy the college experience. I hope you consider sharing this important resource for students with questions about their personal finances on your School of Champions' 'Personal Finance Resources' page.

Meghan - USA

Thanks for the suggested resource. I added it to our Personal Finance Resources page.
