Ron Kurtus' Study of the Senses Credentials

Ron Kurtus is a scientist and educational writer with a logical perspective on the sciences. One area of interest is how people, animals, and even machines sense or detect signals from others and the environment.

Kurtus has observed and researched the various aspects of the senses. He has experience in written and verbal communication and is keen on drawing conclusions and parallels in the various forms of sensing signals—both physical and obscure.

His educational background includes majoring in both Mathematics and Physics at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and doing graduate work in Physics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and in Mathematics at the University of Missouri.

Kurtus later taught Mathematics at the University of Missouri, Physical Science at the Milwaukee Area Technical College and Mathematics at Waukesha County Technical College. He also worked for a number of years doing scientific research and development work at various companies, such as the Santa Barbara Research Center, Hughes Aircraft Co., and the U.S. Air Force Space Systems Division.

Ron also had a Technical Writing business, which helped hone his skills in communication and sensing signals from others.

Kurtus has written two books: Gravity and Gravitation and Tricks for Good Grades.

Material he has written has also been cited in 151 published books, including books on the senses.
