1. How can you satisfy your customer?

Deliver goods per specification, at the price promised, and at the time promised

Offer to bribe officials in make them satisfied

Undercut competitors in price

2. What is the result of customer satisfaction?

Increased costs in trying to make them happy

Increased business with less money spent on advertising

High employee turnover

3. Why would you worry if a few customers complain?

You might have to give them a refund

You don't know how many other customers were also unhappy

You can just tell them to go any buy someplace else

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a Champion in Total Quality. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.
