Relationship between hyperlinks

Topic: Types of HTML Hyperlinks

April 5, 2020

GAD - Rwanda

You can have an HTML hyperlink for you to jump to an external web page, go to a different page on the same website, or move to a different place in on the present web page.

Hi Ron,
I just happened to come across your list of Web design resources, and I wanted to suggest an addition.
I’ve written a detailed guide on how to create a website that might fit that list very well
You can see it here:
What differentiates it from other guides is the in-depth explanation of each step, combined with the opportunity of the “normal” quick guide.
Let me know what you think

Knut - Norway

Thanks for the resource . I added a link to your site at Web Design Resources.

You've got a good looking website with helpful information. Best wishes for success in your work.

I was looking for some information on website designs this morning when I came across your excellent website design resource page.

What a fantastic list of website designs resources!

It might make a good fit for your page.

Either way, keep up the awesome work!

Hello, School for Champions,

I came across your site while researching for an article I'm working on for my web design project.

I just want to say thank you for keeping all these resources on one page. You're making it easier for us readers/student to find exactly what we needed. By the way, I did happen to find another good webpage on the same topic you are covering. You might want to check it out (If you have free time):

1. How to make a website with WordPress - A guide that will help you out setup your website in less than an hour with just 5-easy steps.

2. Best WordPress Hosting 2018 - A good comparison of web hosting sites depending on your needs.

I know you are busy and probably get millions of emails a day, but hopefully, this one could help other students struggling with the same topic. Again, thank you for your help and for providing great resources.

I hope you have a great day! :)

Ellie - USA

Thanks for the suggested resources. I added them to the Web Design Resources page.

Internet Explorer problems

Topic: General

December 20, 2017

I'm really enjoying the theme design of your website. Do you ever run into any internet browser compatibility issues? A handful of my blog audience have complained about my site not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Firefox. Do you have any solutions to help fix this problem?

Johnk265 - USA

Microsoft changed over from the Internet Explorer web browser to Edge in Windows 10. I checked my site on an old computer with Windows XP and Internet Explorer, and the interface did not look as it does on Chrome, Firefox, or Edge.

The reason is that the site has been set up to use HTML5. The old HTML version is obsolete.

The only solution is for your blog audience to upgrade to Windows 10. It should be a free upgrade.

Hi Ron,
Hope you're enjoying your day :-). My name is Robert and earlier this morning I stumbled on your helpful resource page, here:

While you've listed some awesome resources for your readers, I noticed that you haven't mentioned Website Builders, which are perfect DIY website/blog building and also marketing tools for writers, small business owners, bloggers, freelancers, creatives...

I am web developer/designer and I often get questions about website builders. Thus, I decided to test out 10 most popular website builders.

I conducted several tests (reliability, usability etc..). Anyways, here's my 'case-study':

If you have some free time, take a look at it. If you find it useful/helpful to your readers - don't hesitate to mention it on your page and help your visitors to get know and choose the best website builder.

As web presence is important then it might make a nice and useful addition on your page.

Thanks and let me know if you've any questions/concerns,

Robert - Sweden

Thanks for the kind words.

I added a link to your "Best Website Builders" page at < href="">Web Design Resources and "33 Ways to Monetize a Website (or a Blog)" at eCommerce Resources.

Best wishes for success in your business.

You can add animations when designing a web page, provided they add value to the page. One area we have for creating animation is in Flash Development.

There are a number of possible jobs in web development and marketing where knowledge of animations is required.

Our lessons are free and will help you understand the subjects.

Seeking direction on website

Topic: General

October 17, 2015

Hello there, My name is Tyler, and I haven't talked to a lot of people about this, because quite frankly there isn't a lot of people to talk to it about... and every now and then I see if I can get lucky.

You have a lot on Gravity, and Gravitation... and mass... and then you have a fair amount on electromagnetism...

What im trying to say is I Feel your explanations on the relationship there was more of a "the book says its one of these three"... but I have a house full of 90 deg shapes and inset circles that would argue that with magnetics... with charges and frequencies... but I don't have much of a direction, and have way too much ADHD to do it all solo if possible.. I wont make it that long ;) ... anyways Thanks for your website its inspiring for someone like my self whos in the middle of launching my own in the next few days.

if you have and direction you could point me in it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Tyler - USA

If you are thinking of launching a website--especially a science site--the best suggestion is to try to keep things short and simple. Keep to one point or subject on a page. This will take special effort if you are somewhat ADHD, because there can be a tendency to jump around. See Harness Your Hyperactivity for some ideas.

You might try to get some friends who are also somewhat interested in the same things as you are. But, I know that is sometimes hard to do. In that case, do the best you can by yourself. But also tell others about your ideas.

I hope these ideas help. Best wishes in your projects.
