Mini-Quiz: HTML5 Audio Tag

by Ron Kurtus (26 May 2016)

Take this Mini-Quiz to check your understanding of the lesson material.

1. What happens when you don't include "controls" in your code?

You get an error message

Audio just starts playing and doesn't allow you to stop it

The audio loops and plays over and over

2. Why would you want to display "Your browser does not support the audio tag"?

So people can understand why there is poor audio quality

You really should not display that warning

To notify users with older browsers

3. When would you preload your audio?

If it is a very large audio file

To be able to play it on other websites

Preload only apples to Flash audio

If you got all three correct, you are on your way to becoming a Champion in Web Design. If you had problems, you had better look over the material again.

Do your best
